We are thrilled to announce that 2024 will mark an exciting new chapter for Duo Aliada as we premiere our first orchestra project, Beyond Balkan. This program will feature three brand-new works for saxophone, accordion, and string orchestra by composers Tomasz Skweres, Wojciech Chałupka, and Michał Knot.
The project’s debut will be made even more special through our collaboration with the exceptional Stuttgarter Kammerorchester, under the baton of the outstanding conductor Lars Mlekusch.
